Morning Star Jiu Jitsu was established to help you navigate the art of Jiu Jitsu.
Morning Star Jiu Jitsu believes in dedicating time to the most effective techniques. We throw out what either doesn't work or is less effective, and only focus on what will work at the highest levels.
